Ingredients

500 g
fillet steak, cut into 2 cm thick slices

1 tsp Cape
Culinary Foods steak seasoning

30 ml olive oil
-
125 ml cream
-
salt to taste
-
red and
green peppers, sliced in rings to garnish
Preparation

Preheat
pan on low or medium.

Drizzle olive oil onto steak.

Sprinkle
steak seasoning
-
Place meat
in pan and brown on all sides.

Cover with
lid and turn off stove.

Allow to
cook for about 5 minutes.

Add cream
and allow to cook over low heat for a few minutes.

Garnish
with sliced red and green peppers.
Serve immediately with hot garlic bread and
potato wedges. |
