A blend of Cape
Culinary herbs in a yoghurt dressing complimenting the succulent
Hake flavours.
Ingredients

2 Cape Whiting (Hake) Folded Steaks

125 ml Natural Yoghurt

1 Garlic clove, crushed

15 ml Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
-
15 ml Cape Culinary chopped Chives
-
10 ml Cape
Culinary Tarragon

15 ml Lemon Juice
-
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation

Place fish on a well greased oven tray.

Season and bake at 200 deg C for ± 20 minutes.

While the fish is baking, mix together the
yoghurt, herbs, garlic, lemon juice and seasoning.

Serve the fish and green sauce with pan fried
green vegetables.
Serve with oven
baked vegetables and fluffy zesty white rice.
