Preparation

In a saucepan,
bring 1cm (1/2 – inch) water to a boil.

Add edamame,
cover and steam until edamame are warmed throughout.

Take care not
to heat for to long as edamame are already pre-cooked.

Drain water,
and immediately toss with a generous amount of Cape Culinary
Sea Weed Salt Flakes.
