Ingredients

2 x packets of
active dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 ¾ cups
lukewarm water

1/3 cup extra
virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle on bread

1 ½ tsp Cape
Culinary Fine Table Salt

4-5 cups all
purpose flour

tbsp
Cape Culinary Natural Sea Salt
Flakes

dried Cape
Culinary Mixed Herbs

6 tbsp fresh
crushed garlic

2 tbsp
Cape Culinary Course Black Pepper
Preparation

Dissolve yeast
and sugar until foamy. In another bowl, add the water, olive oil,
table salt. Pour in yeast mixture.

Blend in the
flour, until the dough comes together. Put the dough in an oiled
bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour, until doubled.

Knead the dough
for about 5 minutes, and let rise for 15 minutes, covered. Make
impressions in the dough, 2.5cm (1inch) apart. Let rise for 1
hours

Preheat the
oven to 190 degrees. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and sprinkle
with the dried mixed herbs, the crushed garlic and 5tbs of the
Cape Culinary Natural Sea Salt Flakes.
