Mix in
a bowl the flour, salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.
Lightly rub some oil on the chicken portions then roll the
chicken in the flour and spice mixture.
Fill a deep
frying pan or pot with the oil, make sure the oil is very hot
before merging the chicken portions. +- 185 degrees C cover and
fry until golden, turning the chicken portions at least once.
Cooking time should be about 15 to 20 minutes
Drain on a
paper towel
