Ingredients

6 fish steaks (about 1-inch thick)

1/4 cup fresh lime juice or lemon juice

2 tbsp
Cape Culinary freshly ground
Zesty blend

4 tbsp olive oil
-
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
-
1 tsp Cape Culinary white wine mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven on grill
-
In a small bowl, mix together the lime /
lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, mustard and
Zesty. Brush the fish with about one-third of the dressing
saving the balance for later while fish is resting.

Place steaks directly on to the grill with
drip tray below.

Grill the steaks until they are golden on
the outside or grill to your perfection, about 3-5 minutes per
side.

Remove steaks from the oven and place them
on a serving platter and drizzle with the remainder of the lime
and Zesty mixture.

Serve with piping hot white fluffy rice,
with a side order of melted garlic and butter.
