The Joy Of Baking I love baking, in fact it’s my favorite thing to do in the kitchen. It brings back olfactory memories from my childhood but also gives me the opportunity to create new memories with my kids. From brownies on movie night to cakes for grandma’s birthday or muffins in the morning, my kids love baking too! Unfortunately we all had those cruel and disappointing baking experiences too. Like when the cake doesn’t rise or has a soggy bottom or when you just barely overcook the cookies.
