All herbs and spices used in the production of our products are steam sterilized rather than gamma irradiated. This process is less volatile thus allowing the product to retain its essential oils resulting in an end product that is both tastier and more aromatic. The steam sterilisation also results in a cleaner product with a lower Total Plate Count.
All our products are produced in HACCP accredited facilities.
Products are certified Kosher, Halaal and suitable for Vegetarians. Our packaging and labelling conform to all international standards and specifications. |
